The Hopes of Christmas - Past, Present, & Future

The Hopes of Christmas - Past, Present, & Future

I had the joy of being able to preach at our home church, Sojourn Chattanooga. We have a great group of men that rotate the preaching responsibilities. It's amazing to grow with one another as we herald the good news of the gospel through preaching.

If you've interacted with Becky and I in person over the past three years, you've heard us talk about how much Jesus has done in our hearts through our family at Sojourn. We are so grateful to God for what He has provided in our peculiar family of Sojourn.

While I have the humble opportunity to teach, preach, & train all over the country, it is always a special privilege to talk about Jesus with our Sojourn family. At Sojourn, we celebrate Advent together. I love the building anticipation, the intentional preparing of our hearts that stands in stark contrast to the commercial chaos of the Christmas season. This year, we are focusing in on some of the Messianic Prophecies in Isaiah.  I had the opportunity to talk through Isaiah 11:1-5.

Many of you have asked where you can find the link to the sermon, so here you go!
